Note: Liquid generally does not offer a token/coin recovery service. If you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited tokens/coins, Liquid, solely at our discretion, may assist you in recovering your tokens/coins.

For all token retrieval application requests, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Amount of tokens to be retrieved

  2. Token name and wallet address to which tokens were transferred

  3. Transaction hash

  4. Wallet address from which tokens were transferred

  5. Correct Liquid wallet address to which tokens should have been transferred

Disclaimers

  • The recovery of cross-chain deposits is an inherently risky and time consuming process. Please be patient as it may take months to retrieve the tokens/coins. Not all tokens/coins sent to an incorrect address can be recovered. The difficulty, processing time, and probability of success are dependent on the token and wallet address where it was mistakenly sent.

  • All token recoveries will be attempted on a best-efforts basis only. Liquid does not guarantee a successful return of funds.

  • Liquid shall not be held responsible for any loss of tokens that occurs during the retrieval process.

  • Liquid does not do retrievals for tokens that we do not list so be extremely careful when making a deposit

  • Effective October 30, 2022 all deposits made to compromised wallets will no longer be retrieved, thank you
