You must BEGIN your KYC process on Step 3 of the Customer Claims Portal. Please note that you do not need to have your KYC status verified by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time, and your KYC status will not prevent you from filing your claim on Step 5.
If you would like to file a claim, you must do so pursuant to Step 5 of the Customer Claims Portal by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time.
Do you need to have your KYC status verified by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time?
No. By September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time you need to have started your KYC process on Step 3 of the Customer Claims Portal. Given the high volume of applicants, the manual review of your KYC may take some time to be completed.
Do you need to file your claim by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time?
Yes. If you intend to file a claim through the Customer Claims Portal, it is required that the claim is filed pursuant to Step 5 of the Customer Claims Portal by September 29, 2023, 4 PM United States Eastern Time. Note that you can file your claim at any point during your KYC process, regardless of your KYC status.
