Liquid now supports Solana USDT, ERC20 CAPS and BEP20 CAPS deposits and withdrawals, in addition to Tron USDT, Solana USDC, Stellar USDC, and other assets through Liquid Multi-Chain. This enables you to transfer your funds between Liquid and external wallets faster with low transfer fees.

Please follow the steps below to deposit or withdraw. We will use USDC as an example, but you can also refer to this guide for all supported assets in Liquid Multi-chain.

How to deposit using Multi-chain

Step 1.

Sign in to your Liquid account, hover over Wallets at the top right, and click Deposits.

Step 2.

Click the drop down to select the crypto. You can also type it in the Search field.

Step 3.

Choose the correct Transfer Network by clicking the corresponding button.

Note: Make sure to include the Memo for assets that require it. Failure to do so will result to loss of your funds.

Step 4.

Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code when available.

Step 5.

Monitor the confirmation from your sending wallet and the transaction in the blockchain. When all information are correct and the transaction is confirmed, your deposit will be credited to your Liquid wallet and will show in the Completed Deposits panel.

If your transfer is already confirmed in the blockchain but is still not credited to your Liquid account, please contact us at [email protected] or use the in-app chat for assistance.

How to withdraw using Multi-chain

Step 1.

Sign in to your Liquid account, hover over Wallets at the top right, and click Withdrawals.

You can also navigate to My Portfolio, look for the crypto, then click Withdraw.

Step 2.

Click the drop down to select the crypto. You can also type it in the Search field.

Step 3.

Note:

If this is your first time to withdraw, or will withdraw to a new wallet, you will need to whitelist or add the address first. Go here for more information.

Choose the recipient wallet address in the dropdown, and input the withdrawal amount. Make sure that the transfer network is correct and to input the Memo when required.

Note:

  • You can only withdraw from your Available Amount.

  • Withdrawal fees depend on the network chain.

Step 4.

Review the details to make sure that all are correct. Input the 2FA code, then click Confirm.

Step 5.

Check your email for the confirmation message and follow the instructions to confirm that it was you who made the withdrawal request.

Following this, you will receive a series of emails about your withdrawal. You can also monitor the status in the Withdrawal History panel.
