On 2 September 2021, we will assume ownership of any unclaimed Digital Assets (as defined in the Liquid Terms of Use) that remain in your unverified account, transfer them to an internal account owned solely by Quoine Pte. Ltd., and/or take any other actions as may be required by law.

We intend to use the assets in the internal account at our discretion, including, among other things, when we deem appropriate to mitigate customer losses that may occasionally result from extraordinary events and leveraged trading.

For up to five years after 2 September 2021, you may submit a claim to receive from the insurance fund any Digital Assets that remained in your account as of 2 September 2021.

However, we will have no obligation to transfer these assets to you if you are unable to prove to our satisfaction that you are the former holder of the applicable Liquid account, if we have surrendered such assets to any governmental authority, or if we are otherwise prohibited by applicable laws or regulations from doing so.
