Liquid supports USD deposits and withdrawals via the Silvergate Exchange Network (SEN) that allow fast and free USD transfers between Silvergate account holders participating at Liquid.
Please follow the steps below to transfer funds via SEN:
Step 1: Link your Silvergate Bank account to Liquid
If you are a Silvergate Bank client, please contact the Silvergate support and request to link your account to Liquid’s Silvergate Bank account:

If you do not have a Silvergate Bank account yet, you can go to their website to start the process.
Step 2: Add your Silvergate Bank account in the Liquid GUI.
Step 3: Make a deposit
Create a Funding Request in the Liquid GUI. Please input SEN deposit in the Note field, and take note of the Deposit ID number.
Login to your Silvergate Portal. Make sure to select the correct Liquid SEN account for the To account and to input the Deposit ID number in the Description field.
Your deposit should reflect in your Liquid account near real-time.
Step 4: Make a withdrawal
Login to your Liquid account and create a withdrawal request.
There are no fees for withdrawals or deposits made via SEN.
In addition to AML/KYC-limited jurisdictions, clients based in the unsupported countries list of Liquid are not eligible for this service.
