On Friday, November 13th our quoine.com domain was compromised by an unknown party via our DNS provider. We have since recovered the domain and are undertaking comprehensive checks of our infrastructure.


As a precaution, we revoked all API tokens issued prior to today, which have no IP whitelist applied.


If your API key was revoked, kindly create a new API and request to whitelist your IP address.


Please refer to our help center for instructions on how to issue new API tokens. We will be sharing updates as the situation progress, you can refer to status.liquid.com for the operation status and load status of each system operated by Liquid.

How to reset your API guide:

STEP 1

Open the Liquid menu by clicking your user icon in the top-right.

Click API Token.

STEP 2

Click on the Delete Symbol

Confirm "Delete"

Then you can recreate the API tokens
