Where can I submit the required documents?
Information can be provided via various secure channels:
You are now able to upload your documents directly via the Liquid GUI web site or by using the latest version of our Liquid Pro Mobile app, please update your Liquid Pro Mobile app is you have not done so recently.
Sign-in to your Liquid account and chat with your customer champions who can guide you through the secure document upload process
You can send an email to [email protected] with the requested information and we'll update your account for you
To upload directly via the Liquid GUI web site please see screenshots below
1 - Go to My Profile and click the Get Started button
2 - You will see the list of required KYC Documents - click the Get Started Button
3 - Browse for your ID Document File and upload, press Continue when file selected
4 - Browse for your Selfie File and upload, press Continue when file selected
5 - Browse for your Proof off Address Document File and upload, press Continue when file selected
6 - You will then see Great, We Have Everything - click Submit Documents if happy with all, or Take Me Back if need to change any
7 - After you Submit Document you will get confirmation that those have been received, a member of the Customer Support team will be in contact if there is any changes required
