To deposit or withdraw fiat on Liquid, you are required to add details of the bank account where your funds will be coming from or where you would transfer your funds from Liquid.
How to add your bank account
Follow these steps to add a bank account to Liquid. We will use the Deposit process as an example.
A. Click Deposits at the top right corner of your screen.
B. Select the currency you wish to deposit from the drop-down menu.
C. If this is your first time making a deposit, click Add Your Bank Account.
D. Fill in your bank details and click Add Bank Account to save.
Bank Name: Use the correct, full bank name as indicated on your bank statement or by the SWIFT code.
Bank Branch: Use "Head Office".
SWIFT/Bank Code/IFSC: For Indian bank accounts, please use the SWIFT (instead of IFSC) as it is not a local transaction.
Account Holder Name: The name of the individual or entity who owns the bank account.
Account Number: Use the full number of your bank account. Use the IBAN if your bank account is based in SEPA countries, Ukraine or the United Arab Emirates.
Bank Statement: Upload a bank-issued statement that is no older than 3 months and contains at least the bank name, account name, and account holder. Electronic/digital statements are accepted. PDF format is preferred.
If your bank account is co-owned by another person, please tick the Joint Account checkbox to provide this person's ID document.
Please note that US based bank accounts are not supported due to regulations in the States. Deposits made from USD banks will be returned and all fees borne by the user.
E. If you will be adding a new bank account, click the square-with-plus-in-the-middle icon and repeat step D.
OR
Click Your Bank Accounts -> Add a bank account and repeat step D.
How to edit your bank account
Follow the steps below to edit your bank account details.
A. Click Your Bank Accounts at the deposit page.
B. Navigate to your chosen bank account then click the pencil icon.
C. Update the information and click Update Bank Account to save your changes.
Note: An "approved" bank account once edited will go back to "pending" status. All connected "pending" withdrawal requests will also be cancelled. |
How to remove your bank account
Follow the steps below to remove your bank account details.
A. Click Your Bank Accounts at the deposit page.
B. Navigate to your chosen bank account then click the trash can icon.
Note: Please make sure that all connected "pending" withdrawal requests are cancelled before removing your bank account details. |
C. Click Confirm to proceed, Dismiss to go back.
