Please be advised that ETN deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily disabled from 8 AM UTC on July 5 for a network upgrade. We expect to resume normal service on July 9.
During this period, customers are advised to not deposit ETN to Liquid as this may result in funds being lost.

Please be advised that we are temporarily unable to process SGD withdrawals. We are working with our banking partner, Swapforex, to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Any pending withdrawals will be credited back to your Liquid balance. Please do not attempt to make any further SGD withdrawals until further notice. Deposits are unaffected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Liquid supports fiat deposits and withdrawals made in USD, SGD, EUR, and AUD.
Currencies not listed above are not supported for deposits and withdrawals. The platform will also let you know when you navigate to these currencies on Wallets page.
In general, all supported crypto currencies on Liquid are available for deposits and withdrawals, except:
- Currencies/tokens that are going through token swap or hard fork. All customers will be notified beforehand.
- Currencies/tokens that are in still in IEO stage.
- Currencies/tokens that have finished IEO stage but are not yet listed on Liquid as tradable products.
